Meet our Founder
The mind behind our institution’s purpose and values
Pratyut Pal is a Biotechnology graduate and an MBA from IBS, Pune, with 12 years of rich experience in the FMCG industry. He has worked with some of the world’s most respected organizations, including Reckitt, Johnson & Johnson, VBL-PepsiCo.
During his corporate journey, he observed a critical gap: despite completing B.Tech, MBA, or graduation, many young professional continued to struggle in real corporate environments. The missing link, he realized, was industry-driven, practical education that prepares students for how business actually works.
Motivated by this insight, he founded Kosovos Business School with a clear purpose — to guide young minds with real industry knowledge, illuminate their career paths, and equip them to thrive confidently in the corporate world.
